HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe below terms and conditions constitute a contract between the hiree and Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd.
WRONG SIZE / DISLIKED FIT
All imagery and in depth information about each design is supplied online. A credit note may be issued to customers minus the cost of freight, if the following conditions are adhered to:
DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED
If the hire garment arrives damaged, the hiree must notify the Natalie Rolt tem within the same day as the parcel was received to resolve the issue immediately• Hiree’s must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by the Natalie Rolt team.
POSTAGE DELAYS AND UNDELIVERABLE GARMENTS
Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd is not liable for delayed or missing parcels but will assist to resolve any issues.
All parcels are sent via a trackable postage service. If parcels are lost or delayed the hiree must contact the Natalie Rolt team to ensure a resolution can be actioned. Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd is not liable for incorrect delivery information supplied by the hiree. Failure to signing the postage declaration on the return satchel will result in late fee’s.
In the case of a hire garment being lost, damaged or stolen by a previous hiree the Natalie Rolt team will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately.
LATE & NO RETURNS
If the hiree becomes unable to return the hire garment on the agreed return date, immediate contact to the Natalie Rolt team is required.
DAMAGED GARMENTS AND FEES INCURRED
Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd maintains a high level of quality control ensuring our hire garments are of wearable condition. If the hire garment is damaged the hiree cannot try to repair the garment themselves and must notify the Natalie Rolt team immediately. The following conditions/fee’s apply to damaged garments:
The 50% RRP for the hire replacement cost is an additional expense to the hire fee. Any charges will be discussed with the hiree prior to processing fees.
