HIRE POLICY

HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

• Bookings cannot be cancelled in exchange for a refund.
• Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject a booking for any reason, at any time.

WRONG SIZE / DISLIKED FIT

Information about each design is supplied online and at the Natalie Rolt studio. 

An exchange or credit note may be issued minus the cost of freight, if the following conditions are adhered to:

• The garment must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
• The garment must be returned in its original condition.
• Contact made with the Natalie Rolt team within the same day garment is received.

DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED

If the hire garment arrives damaged, the hiree must notify the Natalie Rolt team within the same day the garment is received to resolve the issue immediately.

The hiree must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by the Natalie Rolt team.

POSTAGE DELAYS

Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd is not liable for delayed or missing parcels but will assist to resolve any issues.

Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd is not liable for incorrect delivery information supplied by the hiree.

If parcels are lost or delayed the hiree must contact the Natalie Rolt team to ensure a resolution can be actioned.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the case of a hire garment being lost, damaged or stolen by a previous hiree the Natalie Rolt team will endeavor to resolve the issue immediately.

In the case of the hiree needing to cancel the hired garment due to unforeseen circumstances, the matter must be resolved prior to the event date.

In the case of the hiree wishing to exchange the hire garment, the matter must be resolved one week prior to the event date. If the updated garment price is lower than the original, the hiree forfeits that cost. If the price is higher, the hiree pays the remaining amount.

LATE & NO RETURNS

If the hiree becomes unable to return the hire garment on the agreed return date, immediate contact to the Natalie Rolt team is required.

A late fee of $30 will be charged each day until the garment has been returned. If hire garments that are not returned within 7 days will be deemed as theft and legal action will be taken.

Failure to signing the postage declaration on the return satchel will result in a late fee of $30 per day.

DAMAGED GARMENTS AND FEES INCURRED

If the hire garment is damaged by the hiree, no attempt to repair the garment is to be actioned. The Natalie Rolt team must be contacted immediately.

 The following conditions/fee’s apply to damaged garments:

• If the garment needs to be dry-cleaned twice, a fee of $30 will be charged.
• If the garment needs a minor repair (e.g. zip or strap replacement or the hem taken up as a result of damage) a fee between $30-$60 will be charged.
• If the garment is damaged beyond repair the hiree will be charged 50% of the RRP price.

All fees for repairs or replacements is an additional expense to the hire fee. All charges will be discussed with the hiree prior to processing.
