Once your order has been posted your tracking number will be emailed to you, so you are able to track your parcel from the moment it leaves our studio. RETURNS POLICY

All designs are produced on a made-to- order service, with each garment being made upon the customers request/order. As we provide a service we have a no return or refund policy unless eligible under our faulty order, incorrect order and T&Cs.

In depth information regarding each design, fabric, colours and imagery are easily accessible to view online and in-store. We highly recommend all customers to check their order is correct before finalising, as the customer is liable for each selection made on their order.

FAULTY ORDERS

All garments are sewn in-house at the Natalie Rolt studio. The highest level of quality is maintained within every garment and is approved and prepped by the Natalie Rolt team before dispatch.

As we have such a high level of quality within our label, we are more than happy to fix, replace or refund a garment if it is deemed faulty by the Natalie Rolt team under the following conditions;
  • The matter must be discussed, resolved and approved by the Natalie Rolt team within 24 hours from the parcels arrival date.
  • The garment must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
  • Returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment.
  • Eligibility for a faulty order is in correspondence to our T&Cs. 
INCORRECT ORDERS

If both parties discuss and agree that the incorrect garment received by the customer is at the fault of the Natalie Rolt team, we will replace the correct garment and re-send. If the customer does not wish to replace the garment they will be eligible for a full refund upon the return of the incorrect garment. 

The following conditions must be adhered to for the eligibility of a replacement or refund of the incorrect garment;
  • The matter must be discussed, resolved and approved by the Natalie Rolt team within 24 hours from the parcels arrival date.
  • The garment must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
  • Returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment.
  • Eligibility for a replacement or refund is in correspondence to our T&Cs. 
TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Any disputes for a return, refund, replacement, faulty or incorrect order must be discussed,
  • resolved and approved by the Natalie Rolt team within 7 business days from the parcels date of arrival.
  • All returns, refunds, replacements, faulty or incorrect orders are to the discretion of the Natalie Rolt team.
  • All customers are liable for the selections made within their order.
  • Any changes in regards to the size or colour must be discussed and approved by the Natalie Rolt team.
  • Order's cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject an order for any reason, at any time.
  • In the case of a fabric or colour being discontinued the customer is entitled to reselect or receive a refund.
  • All postage is non-refundable.
  • Failure to supply the correct information regarding your order is not at the fault of Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd.
  • All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  • If the product you received is deemed faulty or incorrect, Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping is required to be sent via a secure, trackable express post service with notification of the tracking number once posted.
  • Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that the parcel may incur.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method, upon the return of the garment.
