Please Note

When placing and fulfilling an order through natalierolt.com or inside our studio, it constitutes as an agreement to the below information.

Currency

All pricing is shown in AUD. To change the currency please click the currency dropdown tab which is located at the top right of our site.

GST

All charges are inclusive of GST.

Tax & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duty, import fee's and taxes - this is dependent on the countries custom policy and not payable by Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd.

Gift Cards

Our gift vouchers have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase and are available to be used on all Natalie Rolt designs. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for other services inside our studio.

The studio is contactable via phone or email, Tuesday - Saturday between 10am - 5pm.

Studio Opening Hours

The studio is open to customers  Monday  - Saturday between 10am - 5pm with no appointment required.

Made-To-Order

The Natalie Rolt studio is the only destination to view and try on our designs, as well as viewing our wide range of colour swatches before placing an order. All designs are produced on a made-to-order service in the colour and size of your choice. Each garment has a production time frame which is noted within each designs product description in the e-boutique section. An order can be placed through our e-boutique, studio or via phone or email. Production commences once your order has been fulfilled.
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your order to notify you of your postage date. Once your parcel has been posted your tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can track your parcel from the moment it leaves our studio until it arrives to the specified postal address.
All garments are designed by Natalie and we do not offer a custom design service or accept any requests to alter the design.
A hemming service is available if your garment is too long. This is a fee of $30 and is done inside the Natalie Rolt studio. 
Our styling consultants can help assist you with the design and colour choice suited to you, as well as giving their recommendations on beauty and accessory styling to complete your look.
We supply all our imagery and in depth information about each design in our e-boutique to create peace of mind for our online shoppers. We understand online shopping may be a daunting procedure and we are here to help, guide and reassure you along the way, to ensure your shopping experience with us is memorable.

 

Fast Track Service

Being a unique made-to-order label we understand that you may need or want your garment earlier than our production time frames. We offer two fast track options in order to jump the production line for your garment to arrive to you on your requested date.
Option 1 - halving the garments production time frame for a fee of $50.
Option 2 - producing your garment to a specific date that is earlier than halving the normal production time frame for a fee of $100.
To add a fast track option onto your order you will need to get in contact with us either by phone or email so we can add it to your order and supply you with a new postage date. Please keep in mind our fast track option only speeds up your garments production and not the postage time frame.

 

Payment

Our website and studio payment system is through an online payment portal which is secure, protected and convenient. If you are located in Australia, we also provide an EziPay option in the checkout. We also accept cash payments in our studio.

Shipping

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Once each parcel is dispatched from the Natalie Rolt studio, the customer is emailed the tracking number and their parcel is trackable via www.auspost.com until it arrives to the specified postal address.
Express Shipping within Australia (2-3 business days) $20.00.
Express Courier International (7-10 business days) $60.00.
Natalie Rolt Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that the parcel may incur.
Return shipping is required to be sent via a secure, trackable express post service with the tracking number supplied to the Natalie Rolt team.
