Q: How do your sizes run?

 

Embracing the female silhouette, our designs keep focus on the quality fit as worn by you.  When developing a collection, pattern making & sampling are the most intricate of design stages as we work meticulously to ensure that the tailoring compliments a range of body shapes and sizes. 

Our pieces are carefully graded in-house to fall in line with standard Australian sizes 0-3.  We work with a range of stretch fabrics, adjustable features and a variety of shift silhouettes.  These design details cater to a degree of fit variation for those who sit in between sizes.

Q: How long does it take to make your garments?

 

Engaging in the made-to-order process, our Evening Wear collections are handcrafted in-house especially for you.  Our team of passionate women emphasise a considered production process. 

Whilst we endeavour to have your order completed as soon as possible, our make-times are listed below.  Please note, the timing is not inclusive of shipping.

Evening Wear Dresses & Separates: 10 business days from date of purchase.

Evening Wear Gowns: 20 business days from date of purchase.

In contrast, our essential Resort Wear pieces are available to buy now, wear now.  These contemporary, lightweight linen designs are dispatched to you within 24 hours from date of purchase.

If you need your order earlier than our standard production time frame, please reach out to our Customer Service team with your fast-tracking request. 

 

Q: Can I see a sample of your fabric for a particular design? 

 

Absolutely!  We understand how important it is to be able to see a fabric & colour in person and so we do happily post complimentary swatches direct to your door.

Q: What are your current best sellers?

 

Focusing on timeless movements, our everlasting pieces are made to love now & for years to come. Breaking free from traditional fashion seasons, the longevity of our designs is highly valued. 

As new collections are developed, we work to carry through & re-create signature design details. Bringing new life to original, timeless favourites, our team focus on releasing fresh styling options. 

Currently the iconic Bellini Crop & Skirt, as worn by Bella Hadid, are well-loved by our customers.  The chic gathered bust detailing on the Bellini Crop & adjustable ruching on the Bellini Skirt are classic design elements synonymous with the Natalie Rolt brand. 

Our Virgo Crop & Skirt made from 100% silk are also popular selections.  The effortless, bias cut designs exude modern elegance and have the versatility to be styled for a range of occasions.

 

Q: What is your Return Policy? 

 

Sometimes we change our minds – we get it!  For this reason, we happily offer credit notes (valid for 12 months), along with size & style exchanges.  Refunds are offered if, for any reason, a garment is found to be faulty.  Exclusions apply.

Whilst our return time frame is usually within 14 business days, during this unique period, we are flexible with this timing. 

 

Q: What is the delivery time frame?

 

We are currently offering complimentary worldwide delivery on all of our orders! This offer automatically applies at the checkout & is available for a limited time.

Domestic Orders: Express delivery in 1 – 3 business days with our trusted Star Track partner.

International Orders: Delivery in 4 – 8 business days with our trusted DHL partner.
